After 6 games, rate your game day experience

Nobody except the coaching staff, most of the players, some of the parents and the beat writers have been to 6 games.

Just pointing that out.

Experience has been the same as past B1G years for me

I noticed more kids selling the 50-50 in the yellow lot. Aside from inconsistent rules about bringing bottled water into HPSS, no real differences.

I know, but maybe someone wants to compare their away game experience to a home game. It's just our half way point.

i'm surprised most so far are saying it's been the same.... There was much more energy in the stadium last season. From the start this year, it was dead (with some reason obviously). This season has been the worst I've experienced for atmosphere in 10 seasons

now they are banning bringing in outside food....with the lack of good and healthy food choices this is bad.

i noticed that the video/sound interaction has improved, but I didn't get a chance to go to any games last year. the wolf of wallstreet and having players hype up the crowd is very nice.

I'm only able to go to one game/year - this year it's Minnesota... Coming up

As always, our games and experience is the best kept secret in the world if we could manage to put an exciting product on the field
Considering all of the different types I have brought games over the years I have to say this is true.

And I will also say this down below is one of those things they talked about and really liked...

it ain't the same without the horse video..damn shame
Tweak if you must (add a night game version maybe?), but bring it back.

Different good and bad things as compared to last year, but about the same overall quality, experience-wise. Been having some great tailgates, even last week in the rain. Which helps.

Yellow lot has been great. No more police 4-wheeler lanes between tailgate rows. Police are there but not bothering us or anybody around us. Parking lot staff has been well organized and more flexible than in recent years, at least with respect to turning a vehicle around so as to back into the tailgate when in the front of back-to-back rows. Ingress/egress is easy and smooth as always.

Stadium food seems equally as bad as prior years, although I'm mostly not eating it anyway. Prices are what they are in stadiums. Don't much care about rules prohibiting food and drink as that's not unique to our stadium. Although I understand the complaints - to which my advice is to be a little creative and you can sneak food and water in easily.

Stadium sound-system was too loud the first couple games but that got corrected.

^ lady in front of me in line had to toss her cookies (pun intended) in the trash. They were freshly baked for the game too. What a shame.

Yellow Lot has been great. Kudos.

Six dollar waters and cap confiscation is still absurdly ridiculous.

Bring back the Horse Video.

Love that New DJ plays Jersey Centic music. Bruce, Bon Jovi.

Noticed that as well, but didn't realize that wasn't already going on in the past. Definitely a nice touch.

It'd also be nice if they displayed the Jersey Strong logo around, its a pretty great icon that fits really well with Rutgers.

Anyone else notice that the soda cups still have PJ's picture on it? Might seem petty but I have been keeping some every year with the different players on it and I'm surprised that they haven't had new ones made this year.

It's only a few games with this new staff. Judging a staff based on a few games is silly. There simply isn't enough data to support a conclusion either way. Trying to implement new systems, we need to wait until at least next year until any discussion can be had. Are you all really that dumb?!

Wait...what are we talking here...

Plus side:
- Some additional food options (empanadas were tasty and inexpensive)
- Like the uniforms and new secondary logo
- Like the fire when coming out of the tunnel
- Marginally successful attempts to slow down the R-U chant
- Some nice new merchandise at the stadium

Minus side:
- The new "no water bottle" policy, though I've been able to get in two games with water bottles
- I liked the old horse video
- The SoFi sing alongs
- Didn't agree with the stripe out idea
