Barbir told us he enjoyed his visit to RU and is in the modst of making a decision as to whether or not he will visit Penn State next weekend. His parents really like RU but Barbir has been very intrigued with the PSU offer. They are going to talk things over tonight and Barbir will make that visit decision public on twitter.
