I was under the impression that she was eligible starting with the Wisconsin game on 12/28. I may be wrong but that’s what I heard.

She's eligible to play for RU in the first game of January 2020, which is Jan. 5, at Purdue. With the way KK picks ups fouls, she will be a great addition at the Point, and will probably eat into Zippy's playing time. Pelc has been shooting so poorly when she has played, her minutes will suffer as well. Hopefully Alexis is ready to go full tilt (knowing C Viv's 55 Defense).

I could see by seasons end that she will slide into the starting line up in place of Giles. I think she’s going to be a high scorer for us. And her ability to create shots for herself and others is really exciting.

Giles is a rebounder and key defender. Alexis is a small point guard. 5'6". Different positions completely. If anything, Gilles, a 6'1" forward will be getting more minutes with her noticeable improved shooting, play, and leadership of late.

I would rather Giles come off the bench. Morris while at Baylor was a star guard in the making, and I bet she’s gotten better. Just my opinion.

Although, I hope Giles keeps up the shooting.

That won't happen. Gilles is a defensive star at Forward, and Morris plays KK's position, point guard. C Viv is all about Defense. She isn't going to play 2 point guards at the same time and completely sacrifice the Defense.
