It said "at or before game time" which I think means it'll probably be sometime in the first quarter but Ash or someone said to say it that way to get people into their seats early. Is my guess, at least.

While I agree, I personally dont think that picture would really move the needle on motivating many to get in that much sooner than their usual.
Maybe they leave it open ended so they can wait until it gets to the point they're comfortable with the crowd?

I think they should definitely wait for the second quarter. But I'm going to be in my seats for when the team takes the field in any event.
