Any one able to get Bruce tickets

I used to sleep out at Jack's Music Shop in Red Bank, for tickets -- now I have to keep hitting refresh and just hope that something magical will take place. I like the old days . . .

I clicked on Find Tickets at exactly 10AM. My webpage is still loading and reads "Finding the perfect verified option - your wait time is less than 1 minute". My wait time has now been >1 hour so I think it is about time to give up hope. Sucks.

The troubadour of the working class has lost his way, years ago. Got to focus on the message of the work, not the messenger. Troubling nonetheless.

there is definitely a "hold back" of tickets. When I go to PNC for concerts and buy from a scalper -the scalper goes back to the ticket office to get the tickets.

I remember standing in line, outside, overnight for Bruce tickets in the late 80s. I made some friends very happy.

Whole system is a joke. Should go back to waiting in line. Seems like only fair way.

I tried and same thing happen trying to get David Gilmore Tix. Just sat there watching the timer go from 40 mins, to 20 mins, to 8mins, back up to 23mins to 35mins, to 15mins to 7mins, back up..then..Sorry No Tix avail.

Won't even waste much time on this stuff anymore...all to spend $300+ for a couple of tix plus another $50-75 getting to the show.

None for NY/NJ but I got 2.... in Albany!!! Right against the stage.. Such a scam how the little guy just gets shut out of these concerts..

I heard that went faster than the Bruce tickets. I know people who tried and it was sold out within 5 seconds after 12
Yeah just pure luck. It was a nice change as I've grown accustomed to being shut out on most online ticket sales

Ticketmaster now sells their own tickets to themselves so they can stubhub them. Let'S face it, concert tickets are sold for what the market will bear.

I was looking at Billy Joel tickets last weekend in Charlotte. On the day of the concert, ticket prices started to plummet. I go bailed out by someone who suddenly had extras, but you can always wait until the day of to see if prices drop at the last second. Scalpers get desperate if they holding to tickets that will be worthless in less than two hours.

The flipside to that is what happened with the ACC title game. As gametime approached, the get in ticket price actually skyrocketed, going from $185 to $385 in a matter of hours.

Had 4 computers and 4 phones working and zero. Never shut out like this. Wahhhhhhh.
Was kind of pissed at the ticket price anyway, and I am OK sitting this one out. Can never recreate 1980-81. That was magical. No Danny. No Big Man.

I was shut out. It does seem like a scam.

AEG and the like are working on it. It isn't a scam, it's more of a case of these brokers having more advanced software. That is changing though.

Artists and their management/agencies don't like these brokers being in control of tickets. The want the fans to have direct access.

a lot of brokers probably have computer programs that are able to manipulate the online system. They know tickets for certain sports events and concerts will be hot so they use their resources. Of course there are deals with Citi, Chase, and Amex for presales to some events too.

The avg guy is not in a good position any longer. For a high priced show like Bruce or Billy you probably have an Amex, Citi, or Chase selling their card members a lot of tickets ahead of time.

Got three different orders accepted in Albany. Seats not as good as yours but plan on selling all.
