When I first read this thread title, I thought Ash was willing to play anyone at any place and any time. To me, this made no sense, because that is what coaches say when they are in weak conferences but are trying to schedule tough OOC competition to show how good they are. Rutgers doesn't need tough OOC competition; we've already got a bruising conference schedule.

But upon reading the article, it seems that Ash is saying we will be competitive with any team we play, regardless of when or where we play. That is, we will be competitive early in the season and late in the season, at home or away.
