Anyone Use the St. George Parking Lot?

Thinking of getting a season long spot in the St. George Church parking lot.

Has anyone used this parking lot, and can you offer any pros/cons or advice? Specifically, the website mentions that cars are asked to clear out an hour after the game. My friends and I are not rowdy, but we do enjoy aftergate almost as much as the pregame tailgate, so I was wondering if they enforce this...

Any help or comments appreciated. Thanks!

I used it the last couple of years and liked it. I always left after game and did not tailgate after, but I think they do enforce it because it seems like everyone is leaving.
