Anything new on RAC naming rights?

I'm not sure I'd be pursuing naming rights at this time. I'm hoping for team improvement which would make naming rights significantly more valuable in a few years.

Need all the $ we can get before B1G dough rolls in. Hope it gets done at some point. I know Jerry Carino mentioned it when the APC deal was completed.

We need money, but that doesn't mean it makes sense to sell assets at low value.

We sold stadium naming rights for $650K per year over 10 years.

What do you think we can get for the RAC? It's probably not worth the effort if all we can get today is $100K per year. And it would be a mistake to lock us into a 10 year agreement at $100K per year if we can wait 3 years and get $500K per year.

I agree and i have mentioned before I would be interested to see if we are looking at getting out of the High Point Solutions deal. Is there a buyout? There has to be better value out there for it now. Also i thought we were getting $950,000?

The RAC is the RAC. If we were a bit better historically it would be an iconic name. I don't want to see a change. In fact, when it was at one time changed to the Louis Brown AC everyone ignored it.

I think he RAC will always be the RAC, no matter what the "official" name is. As it should be. Can't wait til this program brings that name to national prominence.
