Unfortunately, with the regional issues written into the rules, our chance of meeting UConn in the tourney, quite possibly early, is higher than "average" if there was a way to define average. It stinks, but it is a fact, like the NCAA needed any legitimate reasons for what they do.Keep winning a force recognition.
Looks like that's the only way the WBB program will get respect.
Don't really care about rankings as much as I care about RU Dancing.
With UConn not the most powerful in the world anymore I don't expect RU to be in the same bracket as them and seeded in a way to meet UConn the first game ( 2nd for sure),but to be put in a bracket with a program, considered better than UConn ,this year, and seeded in a way to meet them by the second game like it usually was when the Huskies were considered unbeatable
It has nothing to do with style. It is getting noticed that matters. Arizona best (and only good) win was Texas - but Texas "was" ranked and that got them noticed. For Arizona to remain ranked, all they have to do is not lose. Unfortunately, RU will need a signature win and teams like Arizona to drop out to get ranked.Rutgers only received 7 votes. We need to take care of business when the B1G conference starts. The voter never like the style of Rutgers and we are being penalized for that home cooking job at LSU. The polls right now doesn't matter, just win.
don't you dare discredit my conspiracy theory :chairshot:Unfortunately, with the regional issues written into the rules, our chance of meeting UConn in the tourney, quite possibly early, is higher than "average" if there was a way to define average.
