It was USC, but there are conflicting stories on whether he wanted to go there, or if he actually withdrew his name from the search in 2013. Either way, Sarkisian leaving Washington for USC couldn't have been a better outcome for the huskies.

I was being facetious. Like Tommy Tuberville, Chris Petersen had a narrow focus on his next job. Some here had suggested both coaches for RU when it was never going to happen.

Did anyone notice that besides doing the little things like blocking, running and passing, both teams were about 10X faster than we look.
And not everybody was 6'3" or 6'4"", but either quick or fast.

Think about this. Five years ago, most of us thought Schiano would never leave Rutgers. The ones that did, only thought he would leave for PSU.

To go where? He has great facilities, a school with tradition, and university support. Unless Pete Carroll retires why would he leave UW? Oh and people with a clue knew schiano would leave. Pernetti was ready to,fire him after getting abused by UCONN
