Butch Davis’ staff at 7-3 FIU includes NJ guy Rich Skrosky, assistant coach - offensive coordinator/QBs, who years ago (1988-1989) was the TE coach at Rutgers for two years. Perhaps could help us with recruiting the southern states, especially Florida, and definitely knows the turf in NJ/NY (St. Peters Prep, Ramapo College, Monmouth, Columbia).

We need a HC ….this guy might be an assistant / while I agree he might help with recruiting (he couldn't hurt)- who has be brought in to FIU?
Which schools in NJ is he friendly with....where will his pipeline come from?

If the best we can do is an FIU assistant we may as well just keep Ash. If we want someone with Jersey ties we should look at Jason Garret when the Cowboys fire him at the end of this year
