Why not take over at Rutgers for a hefty pay increase and keep Josh in place. Find a good DC and build a National Championship Team. I guess the Super Bowl Championship is the pinnacle and he will probably be in line for one of the next NFL jobs but could this be an intriguing move for him? I took an extra dosage today so forgive me if you think it's nuts. I just thought I'd throw it out there.... you know....in the mix!
