Batted .395, 11 homers, 50 rbis. Excelled on defense.
Cimillo batted .394, 16 homers, 48 rbis. Was well over .400 most of the season but had minor “slump”at the end of the season.

Now that is a joke . Cimillo had a great , great season. Perhaps the biggest reason for Rutgers success. Solid player who was the hits of this team.

Matt Wood off to a good start in the tournament. Crushed a 3 run homer that is the difference in Penn State’s possible upset of Iowa in the opener. PSU leads 5-2 going into bottom of the 9th.
