Block R "Veteran" Car Magnet

Earlier this summer, I saw a car with a block R magnet on the trunk lid. When I looked a little closer, I noticed it had the word "VETERAN" below the R. I haven't seen one since and was wondering if anybody here knows anything about this special block R magnet and, if so, where I might buy one.
