What amazes me is the number of kids these days with out a license. I know in PA they changed the rules so much that it a long process. I think you can't even take the test until 6 months after you get your learners permit. So it not surprising these kids don't have a license or can't find rides especially if they are from one parent families.
Millenials. I'll see if I can dig up the article. They'd rather have Mommy drive them around.
