The 9th win Thursday is all that matters.Gets us to 20 before BTT. 8 games left at the RAC. 1 game at The Garden.
Unfortunately those extrapolations are meaningless.Let’s do the extrapolations based on recency bias….
Dylan averages a triple double and Ace averages 24 and 10 the rest of the way.
Therefore, a 12-6 future record is a certainty.
I was being tongue in cheek as a nod to those volatile fans who one minute are in the Final Four lottery for tix and the next minute are forecasting doom.Unfortunately those extrapolations are meaningless.
We have a game on Thursday though where if we play well we can win and go to 9-5, and be 2-1 in conference.
I still don’t understand this mindset, win the games on your schedule you should win and there’s no discussion about anythingSo yea, the Kennesaw matchup really was bad idea. Princeton to a lesser extent but Kennesaw for sure. Nothing to gain from that.
there was no reason to schedule them you could see it a mile away, no upside..you make schedules to make the tournament..scheduling at Kennesaw and also neutral site Princeton is not maximizing anythingI still don’t understand this mindset, win the games on your schedule you should win and there’s no discussion about anything
they really havent done anything...they beat a mediocre South Carolina as their best win and got crushed by a sketchy Louisville team. Their 2nd half performance at Nebraska was eye openingly badI was being tongue in cheek as a nod to those volatile fans who one minute are in the Final Four lottery for tix and the next minute are forecasting doom.
Indiana plays almost exclusively big dudes at every position so a conscientious effort on the boards will be a key IMO. Their NET may be underrating them right now.
As i said, win the games and it doesn’t matter.there was no reason to schedule them you could see it a mile away, no upside..you make schedules to make the tournament..scheduling at Kennesaw and also neutral site Princeton is not maximizing anything
I think IU will at least be on or near the bubble in the end. Sitting at 10-3 right now with an inconsistent at best Rutgers squad coming in to Bloomington must have IU’s confidence high.they really havent done anything...they beat a mediocre South Carolina as their best win and got crushed by a sketchy Louisville team. WVU just beat mighty Kansas.I think IU will at least be on or near the bubble in the end. Sitting at 10-3 right now with an inconsistent at best Rutgers squad coming in to Bloomington must have IU’s confidence high.
Louisville owns a really nice win over WVU.
Kennesaw game will NEVER be a bad idea.So yea, the Kennesaw matchup really was bad idea. Princeton to a lesser extent but Kennesaw for sure. Nothing to gain from that.
Yep. And almost every poster on the Indiana board wants Woodson firedthey really havent done anything...they beat a mediocre South Carolina as their best win and got crushed by a sketchy Louisville team. Their 2nd half performance at Nebraska was eye openingly bad
Always Mr. Positive....If I were a betting man we would be 6-12
We aren't Alabama. They have lots of experienced seniors, including our guy. We are inexperienced and couldn't afford it.Kennesaw game will NEVER be a bad idea.
If you have players from outside your geographic region, you want to give them an opportunity to play in front of their family and friends. It makes them feel at ease and another selling point to future recruits that they will be taken care of.
Did you even notice Alabama played a game AT North Dakota? Similar situation. They got Grant Nelson in portal from NDSU so they wanted to give him an opportunity to go home.
Brilliant as always - not. 😵💫Forget this bullshyt that guys like Bac come up with--- just win games. No matter your net or any analytics , you're going nowhere without winning. Which came first the chicken or the egg-- winning comes first.
Kennesaw game will NEVER be a bad idea.

Just like your monologues? Its a bad idea period
Looking at net numbers that is our expected record. Lets hope we inprove.Always Mr. Positive....
Happy New Year! And let's hope you are wayyyyy wrong.
Best of Luck,
Groz

100%. I have no issue with a challenging OOC. They ultimately need to win games. Just beat the teams in your schedule.I still don’t understand this mindset, win the games on your schedule you should win and there’s no discussion about anything
Going to give RU a quality “Quad 4” W for its resume at season’s end. Other than that, their season’s over now, instead of at the end of the BIG tourney. 😎And how's Seton Hall doing?
