I realize everyone wants an immediate explanation of everything that happened regarding the Carroo incident. Trust me, I spent the last two days on the phone with a lot of people hearing a lot of different things about what went down. More facts are going to come to light, so while it is easy to hypothesize what happened or what may have not happened, I think it's best if everyone just takes a deep breath and let the situation play out. It does not look like he is returning to the team this weekend and the way Flood said there's no change in his status makes it sound as though he won't be back for a while, if at all. In light of all that has happened, I would not be surprised if that is the case. But trust me, more facts are going to come to light. So while it is tough to sit back and wait, that seems like what everyone is going to have to do for a bit.
I know it may be tough to have more rational discussions, let's give it a try. After all, I think deep down everyone on here is on the side of morality and what is right. There is nothing cryptic in what I am typing, just trying to quell what has turned into a very touchy and seemingly inflammatory subject. Also keep in mind there are still 100 kids prepping for the Penn State game on Saturday. And also remember that when Rutgers joined the B1G, trips up to Penn State was something everyone talked about. Try to enjoy that reality this week and remember what it was like waiting on a game against USF and UConn.
