Cheap Invertor Generator on Sale $158

Thunking about picking this little guy up for tailgating. Seems like a good deal, normally $349. Not the most powerful, but quiet.

What can it be used for? Plugging in a stereo and TV? Else? Always good to have a trustworthy generator in case of an emergency. I know during Sandy people living near me in Bridgewater 9at that point) lost power for 3+ weeks (myself 8 days).

That's a nice little generator for that price. Inverter generators are always expensive. 800 watts can run a computer, a tv, lights, a low watt hair drier for heat, etc. 800/1000 peak isn't the most powerful in the world though. It only weighs 19 pounds.
Led tv's only use 80 watts according to google so you can run the tv and lights and computer at the same time.

Just grabbed one as well. Too cheap to pass up. Figure I can use it for around the yard, etc. and beat the heal out of it. If it breaks, so be it

$158 is pretty cheap for a 1000 watt generator, regardless of your view of it.

while not cheap it's not heavy at all and with tires installed and a great handle anyone can move it around easily.
