At least they got two good scares from us last year.Every team thinks Rutgers will roll over because they have been terrible since joining the Big Ten. Purdue is the only one that was right this year.

Maryland and Michigan... those are the two who haven't really taken punches from RU yet. I believe it's those two, MSU, and Purdue that RU has yet to beat in B1G play (interestingly we haven't knocked anyone off that list this season despite the 7 wins)
Yeah I mean the clear top 4 using results since we joined have been Mich, MSU, Purdue, Wisconsin. So it makes some sense that we haven't been able to crack 3 of those 4. Wisconsin, we caught them shorthanded on a lights out day for us in '15 and in a reloading stretch last year. Maryland has been close behind those top 4 and we haven't had a break against them. And all 4 of those schools are currently in 1st - 4th
Interesting
We were like a St. Bonaventure to most big 10 teams until suddenly st. Bonny comes in and whips you. I think he hit the nail on the head. We aren’t going to surprise anyone anymore. We are now known as a dangerous team. The first comment he made showed how little he knows about college hoops but he ended up conplimenting Rutgers. Its too bad these guys are unaware whats going on at RU but its funny to watch their reactions when RU beats their team
How could you call yourself a journalist/blogger if you aren't even familiar with the other teams in the league. More lazy, uniformed midwest writers.
”Good evening everybody! This is Bruce Johnson coming to you live from Olean, NY. Where it might not be the end of the world but you can see it from here.”We were like a St. Bonaventure to most big 10 teams until suddenly st. Bonny comes in and whips you.
Some of the post-game interviews from the Iowa game get under my skin because of the ignorance of the media. They continue to say Rutgers has nothing to play for and they are a bottom dweller, REALLY? WTFBeing underestimated by writers and other teams is an advantage ! They don't get ready for us. I suspect all BIG coaches now recognize how good our team can be, but can they convince their players ? If they can't, their team isn't ready for us emotionally.
