I live in the Boston area so I don't get to follow Governor Christi very much but while campaigning in New Hampshire I thought he was quoted as saying that the Rutgers situation shouldn't be overblown as these players are , after all, young guys making the kind of mistakes that many parents are routinely confronted with, especially with college aged sons. If Christie said this I applaud him for trying to bring some balance to this PR disaster and for possibly sending a message to Pres Barchi and crew to get a grip , stay focused and keep Flood. If true , this is the opposite of Christie's reaction to the Mike Rice incident.
