Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe each made the move after receiving their degree. If true, you'll have to wait a few years for CJ.

Heard some chatter about Syracuse but I don't know how real that is. Interestingly, his running mate Schilling is in the portal too now. We want a crack at him. He's a really good player. And a NJ kid. There is room at the inn for both.
Don't underestimate these NJ kids coming home and having success. I talked to Connor Kirst about this and his experience compared to Villanova. He said it was night and day how the players are treated and what they have access to. He said he tells kids to come here.

Obviously, Cole was the kid I was talking about a couple of weeks ago. Also briefly heard Cuse and that Syracuse will be a player in the portal this year. I know that Colin and Connor loved the idea of playing together at Rutgers I am not sure that it is as much a pull for Cole but he would fill in a hole for us as he can play both attack and middie. Tommy is an NJ kid and actually lives in the town I work at but, I think getting him to Rutgers may be tough unless he wants to play with Cole another year. Could see them as a package deal. Tal about NJ kids in the portal the Pole from Cuse, Kennedy is in the portal and would be a great fit here is we need another pole as he can play both pole and close and was Syracuse's best defenseman.
Rumor is Dordevic is gone to Georgetown and Syracuse got Simmons from Denver. If we were going to get CJ prior to graduation it would have been last year, also now that CJ was not enrolled at Cornell last spring which preserved one of his 8 semesters and Cornell has an 8-semester (can only be enrolled for 8 semesters at the school) rule which would allow him to play at Cornell if he wishes.

Yes, he did but the opportunities of winning a Natty and Grad school may change his mind. He is probably keeping his options open.
Would be a huge pick up if were to come here. We obviously have two great poles at mid including a first team AA but he could easily slide into one of the close spots.

One thing is for sure. Portal recruiting is more competitive than ever. If some schools were slow to do it before, they sure aren't now.
