A Columbia undergrad, who did not give her name, said: “Especially with the recent election, it’s important to remind everyone how important it is to treat women with respect .”

The Ivy League school cancelled the wrestling team’s season opening match against Binghamton, which was scheduled for Sunday.

Wrong. There is a difference with "suspended for the season" and "suspends wrestling season." Per NY Times:

On Monday, Columbia released a statement saying that the university’s athletic department “has decided that Columbia wrestlers will not compete until we have a full understanding of the facts on which to base the official response to this disturbing matter.”

Ivy League schools do not participate in the LOI. No athletic scholarships, no LOI. A lot of times you see an Ivy league recruit sitting at a table singing an LOI(but it is not an LOI, just a photo op).

It looks like the individuals involved were suspended for the rest of the semester or the season. The rest of the team will be there at MSG. $$$$
