He should probably be Player of the Week, not just Freshman of the Week ... I know, RU lost both games. But jeez ... he averaged 33.5 points, 8.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals in his 2 games, shooting about 50% from the field.

Kid is explosive, good shooter, good ball handler, quick hands (steals), good jump shot (will only get better). Let's hope the three injured players have gotten an eye full /
that EJ's recruits + whomever he adds to class (by addition / subtraction) make the product not only watchable but LETHAL!

What surprised me was when the scouts seem to say his shooting needed work. If you watched his workout tape, he had perfect form on this jump shot. And he's only going to get more consistent. Should be Big 10 Freshman of the Year.
