I think this is a lot more important for Maryland than RU.

If RU gets down early, they'll fold like a house of cards. Stick in game, and I think they'll pull it out because they haven't sniffed victory in a while.

Also it is funny because I am usually the optimist and you usually the pessimist but our roles have reversed :-)

Putting absolutely no thought into it and basically giving you a knee-jerk reaction answer…all games are important to recruiting including this one.
We have no idea what the tipping point is for a recruit, I do know continual loosing as BAD

You are probably right about that. I also have myself convinced we will win. I get excited for every Rutgers game. I am sure the players are exited for this game too times 10.

I couldn't be more Vanilla about this team if I were an all white milk shake. BUT I still WANT them to WIN.Holding the '17 class together is important to our Future. Winning this Final game surely couldn't hurt the situation.

A MD loss would be crippling for their program. To choke against a 2-9 team who has no continuity on offense and are undersized on defense will ultimately make them the true B10 bottom dweller regardless of record. JMHO
