Unlike his predecessor, pretty sure he's smart enough to watch tape of previous years.
To be fair, that's a Ash thing to not watch previous tape, don't think you can put that in DM
Um, Ash is the HC & makes the personnel decisions to not play Martin & Hicks & also decided to not have anyone watch old film, but carry on with your bashing of Mehringer....

So you are saying to go back to the pro style and bring back Burton, Nova, Carroo, Kroft and some of the OL to block for Hicks (and Martin)?

I think if Kill installs a fairly comprehensive jet-sweep package (which he featured at MN), he could leverage Grant's speed to the edge and widen/hold those edge defenders just long enough to create a crease so we can run north/south again.
But this all depends on our guard play. There aren't a lot of plays you can call successfully when the other team can control your A & B gaps.

Kill knows how to tailor the offense to the strength of his players.
