Bail is also based on flight risk..isn't his brother still at large? That could have played into the equation as well.

I'm not in law enforcement but I don't see what someone's brother would have to do with bail. If flight risk was based on 40 times, Barnwell and Peele would be flight risks also.

Daryl was also one of the guys they were looking for and can't find him. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with a high bail. (I haven't read the premium thread yet, but I will soon.)
