Well stated. But I just hope you're right that he would be shown the door if its beyond him. So far it sure looks like its beyond him.

RU needs to step up their game and invest big in the program...don't like Rossi for one
but to get solid coordinators you have to pay

If that means doing what Maryland did and using some B1G $ ahead then
so be it...
