I do not see it as well. He has strong NJ and FLA ties. He has never worked on the coast and would he leave Urban after 1 year. I thought Urban's rule was 2 years for assistant coaches.

But, like said above, GS to Vir. That would be a very good fit as well.

Why would they hire him when they have Nike money, Nike which already said they would be willing to pay up to 10 million per year for the new hire?

That makes no sense whatsoever.

UND boosters would riot if they went with GS, they only want high profile big names.

I believe that is his rule as well.....Maybe he will make an exception for his buddy GS if it is an opportunity for a HC position????

Really a sad commentary where we are in sports where you see Les Miles fired with a career winning percentage of 719 and a LSU winning percentage of 770, and the Oregon coach fired after 1 bad year and a 698 winning percentage.
