Twitter world saying that he is likely to decommit from MD and his top finalists are RU and Florida. Interesting to see what happens. But I said a while ago that he was the kid to shoot for and not JG. I said way back when (before anyone committed anywhere) that he was the kid to get over JG.

We will see what happens. Would be huge get for Ash if he pulls that off.

Our new offense would be perfect for him.

Florida is a hot recruiting team right now, Grier is transferring, rumor sez Treon Harris is doing the same, that leaves two EE freshmen to slug it out....maybe three if Haskins goes
 
I do not take much stock in the twitter rumors but I figured it is something to watch. The kid has such a tremendous tape. Met him a few times. Has an interesting persona. With the offense we are going to he would be a huge get.

I am also a massive Russo fan.

I think 100 out of 100 people on this board would take haskins over 18. All day

I will be happy with russo though...very happy

His finalist WERE or ARE Florida and Rutgers?

Us being finalists a few months ago isn't going to help much IMO.

I am calling bs here all the discussion is for him going to Florida and one tweet mentions Rutgers and Florida were finalist while discussing potentional for him to go to Florida. Why do people post things like this?

I thought it was worth of a discussion because of how valued I perceived this play months ago from his tape. Also think it is important that he is leaving our regional rival and I was tired of reading about celebrities with vague NJ ties.
 
It's Maryland or Ohio State. Can't see him flipping anywhere else. He's also said he's going to wait until MD hires an OC before he makes a decision, but that continues to be a waiting game.

I don't think so..... when he first decided it was probably between Maryland, Florida and RU.... NOW he is looking down south...

I think where ever you got your info is wrong....
 
If I am wrong I am wrong. Again I think it is worth a discussion because him leaving MD is a big deal for us.

I'd rather have Russo. Haskins is not any more mobile than Russo and he has a funky delivery.
 
There is a mention on Twitter. The tweet quotes someone who was in turn quoting Haskins who said at the time of his commitment Florida and Rutgers were AMONG the finalists. He committed several months ago, so the who,e notion that Rutgers has a chance is false. The OP is full of nonsense, and notice he is backpedaling now. He may even be the guy on Twitter for all I know. There is no value in BASELESS SPECULATION

maybe so....so until he waits until the last minute to see what we're gonna do he's ''loyal''.... I guess its our move....we have no idea what DM said to him regarding ''gunslinger'' .Temple though i like them is a hard row to hoe to the NFL....does he have the confidence...we'll see..

Disagree I'm more than happy with AR hope we can and will keep him. You can't teach LEADER you either are one or you are not one. He SCREAMS leader and has great talent to boot

18 is JG...Not AR.

As I said...I am very happy with Russo. Hope we keep him and if I were Ash, I would even be messing around with Haskins unless Russo is giving signals that he's strongly considering other options
 
best guess is tosu, he has tweeted about their o-line being good, even re-tweeted a welcome to schiano when he joined tosu, as someone else suggested all you have to do is google his name and twitter to see comments
