ESPN Rutgers Offensive Triplets (top 3 playmakers)

Eh, you listed Robert Martin twice

Should be Hicks. Still, interesting article. Kind of obvious we'll be short of playmakers, though.

How many would you like? Usually 3 is a good starting point. We also have Agudosi and Patton, who have done fairly well.

When 2 of the top 3 offensive players are RB (who may or may not get on the field at the same time), then we are short of playmakers. And listing Grant, who they admit is more impactful on special teams, is just as damning. They even noted his dropsies.

Hey, I want them all to succeed, but doing fairly well is just . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . fair.

I hope a few of our players can make the big step up to really carry the team.

Yeah, but those drops are all Laviano's fault. In the new scheme, Grant should do well, and he showed that in the Spring game, which was also highlighted in the article.

Our QB might not be a dual threat, but Robert, Martin just became one.
Could be a good situation for us.

QB position is the major question mark in my opinion. What happens when the defense keys in on our rbs and short/intermediate passes (20 yds and in)? What can our qb accomplish? That's the real question on O heading into the season.

GO RU

Oops thanks to you and the mods who fixed it for me.

They were doing 3 offensive players for each team. I get the point on Grant in another reply, but we should all hope he will be the guy based on new format and spring game.
