Favored by 5 over Army

our d should do well against the run. It's only a passing attack that give them fits. Offense should be able to out muscle Army in running and passing games. It should be similar to the Kansas game. We should win this one going away.

This is probably true, but one would have to assume they can throw the ball forward, in which case you simply never know. Navy busted out the passing game and almost came back on us last year.

The computer composite from oddsshark says that we should be a 6 point underdog actually.......

"Not so fast my friend!" Facts:

- we have the #53 run D (for now), however...

- there are 25'iah teams below us with LOWER YPC AGAINST averages (counted yesterday can't remember exact #)

- Army is #9 running the ball

- very few members of our D have played against the triple option and, IIRC, only in a single game?

So I think they'll move the ball, and eat up the clock running, BUT...

...will hit their FB and TE's for big plays on our secondary, a few times, when the QB rolls out pretending to run off the option.

TO's likely play a big role in this one.

Army head coach Jeff Monken was Georgia Southern head coach in 2013 when GSU beat Will Muschamp's Florida at Florida.

Every loss is one game closer to flood getting fired

I will never root against RU, but will look at the bright side of these lopsided losses over the last few weeks
