Illinois, Nebraska, Ohio State, Indiana, and Michigan going to NCAA Baseball regionals—No reason we can’t do this with all the talent in New Jersey. Need to build a real college baseball stadium no matter who the coach is.

That's the key. If it's between building a real ballpark or firing Litterio I'd take the new ballpark

I have been to a ton of little league fields that have lights, bathrooms, concession stands, and something that at least resembles a press box.
If a little league doesn't have those things it's pretty embarrassing. Think about that for a second.

I am not saying we need one as great as South Carolina or Arkansas, but Kean University has one that looks like the Phillies ballpark compared to ours. I am actually surprised the Big Ten didn’t say that it screams Northeast Conference or MAAC and gave us 12 months from the time of admission to build something respectable or have bulldozers in the ground.

I've been watching both college baseball and softball recently on TV. We really are behind every B1G team in facilities and it's not close.
It was a good first step to build the indoor practice facility. Now is the time to start putting together plans to upgrade both the baseball and
softball fields and turn them into real stadiums right after the Rodkin Center is completed.

Might as well keep Litterio if you're not gonna upgrade the ballpark. No coach can recruit with what we have

Onthebanks, I really think we need to have bulldozers in the ground for baseball and softball before the Rodin Center is completed, which is expected to be December 2020. High school kids, parents, and coaches need to see some action, not just more artist drawings. From what I hear, our athletic department has plenty of renderings for different facilities that never happened.

I love RU Baseball and go to many games each year. However, from what I hear new game day facilities that are more than cosmetic are years away. We should be getting new turf this year.
