Mods can confirm if this is still the rule (it was at least 2yrs ago) but each team must send videos of the last two games to the next opponent. I really think Flood has circled the Nebraska game as the game he is more likely to win of the 3 (Wisc, Mich, Neb). I believe I saw this last year too - but in the away games versus the traditional powers they have game plan A - if it doesn't work -they stick to it without adjustments especially if the game is beginning to get out of reach. The goal is to keep the extended playbook on defense and offense off the tape. All coaches do this to a certain extent - Flood is a bit extreme perhaps b/c he knows he doesn't have the horses (and he doesn't). It worked real well versus MSU this year -MSU was unprepared for our extended blitzing game and Carroo was not on tape (and he did nothing against MSU the prior yr). This is not a defense of Flood - but it theoretically answers the lack of adjustments etc. - Flood is certainly not the only coach doing this (as i watch other unranked teams). He is going for 6-6 not 4-8 with competitive losses. Again not a defense of Flood - but just my observation from someone who used to play at the collegiate level (which means nothing). Hope this helps everyone to continue to support our kids despite our various opinions of the coach's strategy.
