I wasn't a fan of the previous coach, but he definitely was better with NY recruits than Jersey ones. Found it interesting that four of the decommits were all from NY. Justin Morgan (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Malcolm Pridgeon (Garden City, N.Y.), Tymir Oliver (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Ahmed Bah (Brooklyn, N.Y.)

Not saying this is a good thing or a bad thing; I've just always found it interesting that he seemed to relate to New Yorkers more...

Tymir Oliver is from Philly.

Its easier to recruit NY since SU is such a feeble recruiter. Temple does more in NYC suburbs. After SU you have Army so yeah Flood wasn't recruiting uphill
