devil go to the Providence thread re registration. Actually I'll just post it here. I see what you are talking about on the website re: registration. Don't know what it means. It has never been required in order to attend a game.
It's a new policy they set up last year I believe. You are supposed to register your vehicle so they don't ticket you. I'm sure they still screw it up and miss plenty of cars though which is a good thing because the policy is dumb anyway.
