Former NFL WR, Jackson, dead at 38

Lives in South Florida but spending a month at a hotel nearby..to the point his family needs to seek help finding him? Something doesn't add up.
Hope the family gets answers, tragic death to go so young.

The missing part is sad.
When anyone disappears, even after they’re found something is terribly amiss

Rumors are drug OD, but who knows.

There needs to a warning label on football helmets like we have on a cigarette boxes.

Football is a sport that will leave many mentally and physically damaged.

It is probably more dangerous than smoking. Why not put a big label in the back and a web site to get more information.?

Nfl is a violent game. Guys are on all types of drugs to play in the league
Depression and pain is a big problem after these guys retire.
Sadly, many self-medicate.
It is a shame...The crazy thing is that for a number of years, guys like E Monroe were speaking up about the harsh Marijuana policies and yet pain killers are dispersed like candy and booze, forget about it.
The afterlife for NFL players are a joke as well. They say all the right things but unless you are drooling or in a wheelchair- they deem you goo to go.
They will offer therapy though but unfortunately- they don't make anything clear to these guys. You almost need to be an attorney to get through the red tape to figure out what is available and what you have to do to take advantage. God forbid you miss a deadline.
Top it off that these guys are the "toughest" of the tough and not usually the type to ask for help. And quite often, the last ones to know they need it. Or they know they need it but see my first part- they do not know how to navigate through the redtape.

It is a real shame.

It is one of the reasons we took real attention to all of this when Kevin first got to the league and the first thing they tell guys on the line "for every year you play in college and pro, take 3 years off your life expectancy."

Since 1/5 RHJ is shooting 6 for 47 from 3 pt land. You have to get lucky every now and then. That is under 13%
