Who the heck is this clown?

It seems like his sole purpose is to bash and make ridiculous inflammatory comments about Rutgers

Agree with you 4Real. Unfortunately some people do read and actually believe the junk this guy posts.

You would be surprised at the individuals with personality disorders who haunt the Rutgers forums on nj.com. Some of them have many ID's which they use to create whole conversations bashing Rutgers at every turn. That place is a cesspool which is why I stopped frequenting it years ago.

Why are you even looking at that forum. Nothing but trolls. I left it years ago, not worth the time.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, the point where everything went wrong for you was when you read the comments section on NJ.com.

...I seriously laughed out loud at this; definitely in the running for post of the week.

Joe P.

I believe he's a regular poster on this board. If not, he sounds like quite a few who do.

NJ.com must love him. Gets clicks so they welcome trolls with open arms.

he must work for moveon.org getting paid to disrupt the flow of the comments section

if you click on his username... the url will read something along with lines of /staff in some part of the url... when clicking other habitual trolls the same thing happens.

When clicking on normal users... /user or /member, i forget which, comes up.

It is a staff member who posts to draw clicks/page views.

This. Its a scam. If you are a normal "real" person posting there to argue with some idiot, you have been scammed. The end. Don't fall for it.

Months ago it was revealed that they pay some people to troll in order to generate anger, leading to clicks. If you fall for it, it's just good for them. Don't fall for it.
Is that true? Revealed where?

Is "troll" an occupation now?? I mean, I can piss people off just as well as the next guy. LOL.

Please see the posts between this and my reply. There was a long thread about this a few months ago on this site after someone did their "investigation." Bottom line, just ignore the comment sections in media sites because anything inflammatory is likely either the writer of the article themselves or interns trying to create arguments - and clicks.

Those "posters" in those comments section are like guys from Nigeria calling to say the won the lottery but need a few thousand dollars of yours to access it.

This guy has to be paid. It's somewhat unbelievable. I agree with OP. He is incredibly annoying. I've posted in several articles to delete some of his stuff and my post gets deleted every time. As much as I hate to discuss this, he's extremely annoying and does nothing but drive real fans away.

Fwiw: I wrote the powers that be there at SL and NJAM a week or two back after someone on there mentioned that he was part of the staff. I got two relies back emphatically saying he was not an employee. There have been times however where it has appeared that he had some administrative capabilities.

and you made his day by creating a thread about him. The other people on there are Syracuse fans. 99% of the comments are just there to flame.
Sadly, in the early-to-mid 2000's, there were a couple of Rutgers athletes/alums who used to post there and rip the football program. They obviously played in non-revenue sports (one was on the baseball team) and were insanely jealous that football got all of the resources it did. What a set of pathetic tools there were.

The guy is hilarious. Some of what he says is true. If he was trolling Penn st we'd all love em

His AND Manahan's day I'd guess.

It's obvious he's on their payroll otherwise he either would have been banned or fired from his real job (if he's capable of maintaining one) since he's on there 24/7. They have a moderator yet this guy is allowed to hijack every thread and ruin any reasonable attempt people make to have a civil discussion on that board as ill advised as that may be..
