Heard that earlier this week. Guess the ESPiN is late on it.

Why would Ash give any consideration to Cignetti? He wasn't anything special the first time around here and I don't think he'd fit the mold of what Ash is looking for from either a coaching or a recruiting perspective.

One thing we know about Cignetti is he's always looking for the next job. Even in a world where coaches are constantly on the move he's unique.

Ash needs a guy who can not only implement the type of offense he wants but also a guy who'll stick around to see it through. Neither of those things can be said of Cignetti.

You also need to remember he was passed over in favor of Flood. He might not want to have anything to do with RU.
