Gameday Tailgate Parking on College Ave?

Other then the big parking decks by the train station, any good parking areas/lots on college ave that you can legally park on gameday and also have some space to tailgate? Obviously can on the street as well, but not as ideal to set up chairs etc.

Maybe behind CA Gym but not sure if you are allowed to tailgate there.

I usually park at CA Gym and feel like I always see a group on the corner of the lot with a tent up hanging out and drinking. I think they have a grill cooking food as well but I'm not 100% positive

If you park on College Ave, stop in one of the bars nearby for a pop.
