Love the Mugrat. I actually met Pete Davidson at the new quick check in Raritan about a month ago the day after he made the nice speech/apology on SNL. Problem was though i immediately recognized it didn't occur to me that it was him. He didn't tell me so i talked in 3rd party terms and said (after asking hin how often he gets Pete Davidson). I said "tough week for him" . Maybe a bit miffed he replied "yeah but he still has a great career". A but taken back i replied " yes he does" . By the way i was coincidentally at his first SNL show where she was the musical guest and they met.
while in college, a "friend" of mine handed me the Targum paper, with the headline that the RAC, which was being built at the time, had a fire and was completely
destroyed..... I was momentarily upset, because I was so hopeful for the program, wanted to buy season tickets etc.
then, I read the article and immediately realized that was a goof..... it said the fire started from some crazy thing, the workers panicked and
threw gasoline on the fire, trying to put it out,etc....
I was not familiar with the Mugrat tradition at the time....learned quick

Gabrielle Union is from Omaha and is a huge NU fan. Her being married to Dwayne Wade and having them come to events is exploited by all NU sports. It certainly don’t hurt when recruits see them at games.
Ariana's father hired me out of college, so he was my first boss and his design firm my first gig in Graphic Design. Ariana was 6 or 7 at the time. Cute kid. Father was a pain in my arse. The company was only 4 employees so needless to say I got to know the Grande family REALLY well. #igotstories
Saw my first Mugrat my senior year of high school ‘75-‘76. The headline was that the basketball team had to forfeit all their wins. Can’t remember the supposed reason. My father brought it home from work and I had never heard of the Mugrat before. Scared the crap outta me for a bit. My father had a good laugh.
