Don't know how legitimate this is or not but there are at least a couple of articles that says Gonzaga is trying to land PM.
Bryan Antoine is at Radford after transferring from Villanova. He had knee and shoulder injuries at 'Nova. He will do well there, especially if it was his shoulder that was holding him back last year. Would love to see him succeed, I remember when he was at gil st Bernards with those two top ten national prospects at ranney prep. I believe the name was Scottie Reynolds and one other top national guy, I wonder what happened to those two guys? But it's always nice seeing someone's basketball journey unfold. Best of luck to him, Jersey Legend..
I could have sworn it was Paul and two 5 stars on gil st Bernards but the 2 5 stars transfered to Raney prep or whatever it was called. I just looked up the other kid was Scottie lewis, not sure where he is now. Still not sure if they were ever all on gil in the beginning. Looks like Paul will end up with a better college career than those two.Bryan Antoine is at Radford after transferring from Villanova. He had knee and shoulder injuries at 'Nova.
I looked it up. They both played for Ranney. I'm not sure if they played at any other schools. The financial guy whose kids played at Ranney set them up. In fact the one son went with Lewis to U of Florida as a walk on.I could have sworn it was Paul and two 5 stars on gil st Bernards but the 2 5 stars transfered to Raney prep or whatever it was called. I literally just summarized the title of the article from Sports Illustrated, a reliable and respected source of information. I think you need to look up the def of clickbait...Even just going off that article, it’s clickbait for the OP to headline Gonzaga targeting PM.
it's probably going to be up to what the program needs.Mulcahy, like Myles, is likely to play a significantly smaller role if he goes to a school with a legit b-ball program.
Loved both players, loved what they brought to RU, and I respect their choices to transfer, but the lack of offense from both guys is going to limit their playing time at other schools.
Eh. I guess you did but it was a clickbait article title to begin with, based on the contents of the article.I literally just summarized the title of the article from Sports Illustrated, a reliable and respected source of information. I think you need to look up the def of clickbait...
Gonzaga has already reached out to Paul as they have legitimate interest in landing a PG. Its only clickbait in your small mind of yours....Eh. I guess you did but it was a clickbait article title to begin with, based on the contents of the article.
In the article is no mention that Gonzaga is actually targeting Paul. It basically is a guy saying hey Gonzaga has 2 open spots and here are the top guys available. Right?
If the article was more correctly named “top available players” instead of “targets” then maybe I wouldn’t have clicked on it but I was baited into it by a misleading article title and subject to your OP.
Literally the definition of clickbait in action.
Yes I’ve spent too much of my time writing this post.
Sports Illustrated is no longer reliable or respected. The '70s are over.I literally just summarized the title of the article from Sports Illustrated, a reliable and respected source of information. I think you need to look up the def of clickbait...
Was any of the content from the article inaccurate or misleading. I wasn't alive in the 70s but still read SI today on occasion.Sports Illustrated is no longer reliable or respected. The '70s are over.

doesn't matter if beat out 3 or 103, #1 is the goalOh man lol just beat out sports illustrated for kids and slam. Lol
So it’s #1 among like 3 magazines remaining.
true.doesn't matter if beat out 3 or 103, #1 is the goal
That's exactly what was said about Sports Illustated in the 70s. It's also what a website that is soliciting people to pay for something that they could get for free at the local public library would say.1. Sports Illustrated

Curious as to what this means: "goes to a school with a legit b-ball program".Mulcahy, like Myles, is likely to play a significantly smaller role if he goes to a school with a legit b-ball program.

Teams who score a lot of points but lose to teams who play great Defense.Curious as to what this means: "goes to a school with a legit b-ball program".
Right RHJ and Caleb made no difference but are playing in the league: I guess Geo didn’t make a difference either lmao.Player development has been a key aspect of the Rutgers basketball program.Recent players like Baker,Mathis and Mulcahy had better performances as freshmen and sophomores.Johnson never really improved his offense at Rutgers or UCLA.Its been transfers like Yeboah,Young and Spencer that were difference makers for 1-2 years. The transfer portal and NIL make it more likely that there will very few players staying at the same school from freshmen to senior class.College basketball has changed dramatically and it will up to coaching staffs and financial backing to successfully compete in a power conference.
Unfortunately for them he wouldn’t be replacing Timme’s 20 points a game . . .I guess he would replace Drew Timme as the headband guy.
Any team for which he doesn't play a lot of minutes.Curious as to what this means: "goes to a school with a legit b-ball program".
Why ??????????I have not payed attention to much of this but what a disaster for Paul if Paul winds up at Washington
That comment to which you responded was BS anyway. Miles did not get reduced PT because it was a "legit" program.. it was because the coach was a guard-oriented offense guy and Miles just did not fit well with that for them. He made them bigger for the games and spots where that was more important and that is why they took him.Curious as to what this means: "goes to a school with a legit b-ball program".
washington blows as a basketball school...what is the point, why wait til deep into the portal season to finally decide to leaveI have not payed attention to much of this but what a disaster for Paul if Paul winds up at Washington
thanks, sounds like a bad choice for Paul to make , unless it's the only place he can startwashington blows as a basketball school...what is the point, why wait til deep into the portal season to finally decide to leave
