Great article re: Coach Ash and On-Edge teaching

Great article but he didn't say anything about being 1-0 or F.A.M.I.LY the only things we heard the last 4 years. Having a hard time distinguishing between him and Flood. Might just be me. I also had a hard time distinguishing the difference between my 4th grade basketball coach and John Wooden.

But, but, you don't understand. I'm a 4-star recruit. I don't have to do any of those things.

^^^^^^^^The above is no longer in force at Rutgers.

Very good read. I was wondering how it manifests itself during in season practices and then came to the question about the backups and how they are required to be mimicking the moves of the first and second stringers. If it all works the way it is supposed to I would expect a very different on field look from the team next season. It doesn't gaurantee wins because all good coaches run similar systems and one team wins and the other loses but I like the direction in which the program is moving.

I posted it on the Round Table last week.
Maybe I should have posted it here at the same time.
I'll try to remember the next time that I find a good article.
