guess the Monmouth @ RU point spread

there is not a chance in HELL it's not in double digits the way GW covered 18 easily and after the Monmouth/GTown game other night (tv).

i say -17

The line will probably be Monmouth -11, but they will actually win by 20+ points. Sadly, I see a result similar to the SHU game.

Just curious if this is another first for the Rutgers men's basketball program ?
Have we ever been underdogs to Monmouth before ?
Go Eddie....the turnaround continues.

We've never lost to them before. Surely that will change Sunday. Maybe if Mr. Jordan decides it's worth his valuable time to teach rebounding, we'll hang around for 30 minutes or so.

To answer the OP's question, I'll go RU +11.

The line will be in the 5-7 range favoring Monmouth but they will win by double digits because without Freeman there simply aren't enough scoring threats for Rutgers.

If it is a single digit line I will start a new thread asking about ideal cruise trips for this winter.......

I think my -7.5 is too high. I'm bringing it down to -6.

Monmouth is getting press. Rutgers will have a week off. I think Rutgers knows the importance of this game. Vegas knows the fear of being embarrassed on the court (and on the bench) will help Rutgers in the effort category.

Well, where's the apology for being so arrogant and so, so wrong? Line is 10.5. That is double digits, isn't it?

Don't see this game being close.
Monmouth is a well coached team that plays smart and has shooters.
Rutgers is the antithesis.
Monmouth will have a double digit lead at halftime and win in a blowout.
The program is at an all time low.
Time to start over.

i would guess Rutgers will get some late action from guys that aren't familiar with the team. 'rival' local game, big ten team at home getting dble digits

If RU plays hard and isn't ice cold shooting they will cover.

Unfortunately the playing hard is the primary concern. If Eddie can't get his team ready to compete in a big game with a week off......it'll never happen.

I feel this isn't Eddie biggest game as RU coach. I expect to see it today. May be sad, but it is what it is.

I expect RU to at worst cover.

Good effort.
Better than I thought.
At least it was an exciting last few minutes...that's a moral victory.
