Guirantes Garners WBCA All-America Honorable Mention

Rutgers women's basketball junior guard Arella Guirantes has earned another All-America Honorable Mention as the Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced its year-end awards on Thursday.

Guirantes garnered her third 2019-20 All-America honor after previously being named Associated Press All-America Honorable Mention and United States Basketball Writers Association All-America Honorable Mention.

The Bellport, New York native is the first Scarlet Knight to claim WBCA national honors since RU Hall of Famer and future WNBA superstar Cappie Pondexter made the First Team in 2006.
