Does anyone know how handicapped parking works at the stadium? We received a really confusing response from the ticket office. We were told that there is a white lot but we may not have enough points to qualify. Is there handicapped parking in other lots? We were told there is additional handicapped parking at the RAC that is unassigned. If the handicapped spots are filled, is there Knightengale service at the RAC?

Last year there were other handicapped lots on Frelinghuysen
The first was just beyond the Blue Lot entrance
a second farther down
Knightengale shuttle
these lots were almost empty all year
At one game I counted a total of 13 cars in the two lots
three or four of those probably belonged to the people working there
could hold hundreds

I brought my handicapped uncle to a game in 2014. We had to use the handicapped parking at the RAC and then take the handicapped shuttle over, which dropped us off between the blue and yellow lots, so we still had a bit of a walk to get to the stadium, which my uncle was pretty annoyed about. It didn't seem that different than the regular shuttle bus from the RAC except the drop-off was a little closer.

If you go to ScarletKnights.com all the handicap information is posted there

There are a good amount of handicapped parking in the Scarlet lot BUT you need plenty of priority points to get in there, and the rest of the handicap lots are far away, and you have to wait and wait and wait for a ride in to the game, and After the game the wait is even worse. If you don't have enough points for a Scarlet Handicap spot, you are better off buying on the secondary market .

I use the White Handicap lot for my mother. I think we have around 50 PP and have to donate an additional 250. We take the Knightingale service to the stadium. The problem is after the game. Not enough carts and too many people. We usually walk back. I don't understand why they use those golf carts that hold 5 people when a large tram holding over 20 people would do the trick.

We were in the purple lot last year and I used the Knightingale regularly to get to the game. I agree, after the game the service was overwhelmed post game. Families with kids seemed to push their way onto the carts leaving the old folks standing waiting for a ride. I'd leave the game early to get back to the lot and would wait in the car for my husband and friends to arrive post game.

it would just fill up with younger people or people using it that shouldnt. Seems to be a big issue here

This won't be an issue once they extend the monorail to the stadium and the bubble.
