Feel like they’d have a hard time dropping down far enough for this to be worth it at this point. It’s the lottery so anything can happen but Washington, Charlotte, Toronto, New Orleans and Utah are all sitting at single digit wins, I don’t know that Detroit can even tank hard enough to fall behind them.
