My strongest memory of St. Peter’s was them beating Niagara at the Jersey City Armory In 1970(?).
My cousin’s future husband was a walk-on player at St. Peter’s. He invited me to the game.

My fondest memory of St. Peters was their 100-71 demolition of Duke in the 1968 NIT. Duke lost 12-10 to NC State in the ACC Tournament and were stuck going to the NIT.
We lost as their beefy Puerto Rican C posted up our Nigerian bean pole at will. The plan was to employ the Armory as a sports arena, but they never even got the brooms out to dust it off.
