The more I listen to Pat Hobbs, the more I am impressed by him. The fact that he has a lawyer's mentality coupled with his natural dynamic ability to speak publicly is an incredible asset. I think that will be a great trait as he hires coaches in other sports. He conveys confidence. We have a couple of great new representatives and they are a pleasure to listen to.
