Lets put our rage in perspective, as OSU's homecoming what do you expect, everyone want a cake walk for homecoming we fit that bill (have we been with 20 points against OSU?)
As for Minne-soda It in reality a 1pm starting time if you are in the ETZ.
BTW end of Oct. any later start, and the end of the games get quite cold up there (just about = to saracuse latitude)

Typically all times listed are Eastern. The game should kick off at 12 p.m. here and 11 a.m. in Minneapolis. Don't let that discourage anyone from attending. I went to the PSU game at Minnesota a few years back and had a great time. Recommend the trip.

Nope. It is a 11:00 kickoff if you are in Minnesota.

Game times don't get switched "all the time." It's exceedingly rare, in fact. Perhaps you're thinking of games where no times has been set not being assigned kickoff times until 12 or 6 days in advance.
In this instance, the Homecoming times are set in stone.
