Since the forum lives in it's own little fantasy place where everyone's wishes can come true if they only think it loud enough, what about Mr. Coughlin. He's beating Dallas! This is probably his last year with the Giants, he's settled into NJ and might want to spend a few more years living out the dream. Who wouldn't want to coach at a program where the administration, fans and media all support you. Coughlin is Mr. Discipline. He would fine you if you showed up to meetings on time - his rule was 5 minutes early - you be there. OK so Coughlin has always had a BC lean and we all know, that's like worshipping the false gods around these parts. Besides, these are college kids, none of them have any money for fines.

Hmm .. Maybe Schiano then as so many say. Although I don't get the Schiano groupies, the man left us and took all of our coaches just before signing day. Clearly, he had our best interests in mind the first time around didn't he? He left us with the best one - Flood - all we needed. Well, now that he's out of work for a good two years, maybe him coming back for a new kick start to his career makes sense. He can run the program another year or two to find a new staff and then take them all to his next gig. Yeah... this could work.

Better idea. What about the guy who bleeds scarlet red. The guy who always has good things to say about us. All you Schiano groupies would love him - none other then Bill Belichick. He got Schiano his job they say. Hired a bunch of our alumni. His QB was caught cheating and he got no suspension whatsoever - he could certainly navigate this media. The whole world hates the Pats except for the Pats fans. Wouldn't that be nice? Having the fans of a team actually support the team and it's coaches. Yeah.. I guess it's me. I guess I am the one in my own little fantasy place. This is Rutgers. This is Jersey. This could never happen.

Giants up by 6 with a minute and a half. If Romo brings them back, they should fire Coughlin. Their loss would be our gain.

EDIT: OMG FIRE COUGHLIN!!!!!! How can he let Romo run down the field like that on us! Eli even looks like Laviano. This is the final straw. He's gotta go.
